How It Works

Meridian Sources finds obsolete and hard-to-find Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and ABB drives, PLCs, and power cells. You order from Meridian and only Meridian — one vendor, one invoice, one delivered price per option. Line down? Mark your request Critical and it goes to the front of the queue.

Buyer trust

Fair, protected, and clear

How ordering works, why Meridian is your single vendor, and what stays your responsibility.

One vendor: Meridian
Meridian Sources is your single vendor and seller of record. You order from us, pay us, and we manage the whole order through delivery — you never get handed off to anyone else.
How ordering works
We share a summary first — part, condition, lead time, and responsibilities. You approve the buyer-facing quote in writing and prepay; then we place and manage the order and it ships straight to you.
One delivered price
Every option you see is one all-in delivered number — the part, freight to your dock, and our sourcing work, in a single price. No hidden line items. Our sourcing partners are confidential.
Buyer responsibilities
You confirm technical compatibility, specifications, application, and final suitability. Meridian Sources does not guarantee compatibility or fitment.
Exact part sourcing first
We source the exact part you ask for first. If an exact match isn't available, any substitute is offered as a clearly labeled option for you to confirm — never as an automatic equivalent.
No unsupported guarantees
Availability, condition, pricing, warranty, and returns are supplier-reported and subject to confirmation. We share what's reported and avoid claims we can't support with evidence.
If it arrives wrong or dead
Every option shows its warranty before you pay. If a unit arrives dead or isn't what was quoted, you deal with Meridian and only Meridian — we make it right under that option's stated warranty (replacement, repair, or refund), and we chase our channel so you don't have to.
