What Meridian Sources is
Meridian Sources is your single vendor and seller of record for hard-to-source parts. We locate the part, price it, and — once you approve our quote in writing and prepay — place and manage the order so it ships straight to you. You order from, pay, and are invoiced by Meridian Sources. Our sourcing partners are confidential and are not disclosed. Warranty and returns are handled per Meridian Sources's terms, which may pass through our sourcing partner's terms.
No guarantees
Submitting a request does not guarantee availability, compatibility, pricing, lead time, or fulfillment. Part details, availability, and pricing are supplier-reported, recorded as provided, and not asserted as fact. You are responsible for verifying technical compatibility, specifications, application, suitability, and order details before proceeding.
Acceptable use
Please submit only information you are permitted to share, and only what is needed to evaluate a request. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is the one in effect. They are not a guarantee of compliance with any specific law or framework.
