What Meridian Sources is
Meridian Sources is a sourcing/referral intermediary. We help locate potential supplier options and organize the opportunity. When a deal proceeds, the supplier remains the seller of record — responsible for invoicing, payment, taxes, shipping, warranty, and returns.
No guarantees
Submitting a request does not guarantee availability, compatibility, pricing, lead time, or fulfillment. Part details and seller responses are recorded as provided and are not asserted as fact. You are responsible for verifying technical compatibility, specifications, application, suitability, and final purchase terms before proceeding.
Acceptable use
Please submit only information you are permitted to share, and only what is needed to evaluate a request. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Changes
These terms describe a working project and may change as the service matures. They are not a guarantee of compliance with any specific law or framework.
